The supplier will take a guided navigation process to create the invoice. They can copy a PO, copy a packing slip, add a line manually, and include total amounts and additional charges. Then they submit the invoice into the system.
Supplier Contracts – Manage Contract Documents
You can collaborate with suppliers to build out contracts on the PeopleSoft portal.
Suppliers can see a contract document pending review. There is space for collaboration comments. Suppliers can add attachments, view document history, send emails, and take other actions from this tile.
The goal of this tile is to have an interactive, online history of contracts. No longer do you have to email back and forth. Your communication and contract creation is all built into PeopleSoft. Once you’re in agreement, the contract is available for immediate use.
