Reinventing How Work Works: A New AI-Powered Operating Model for the Enterprise

Work is being fundamentally redefined. What was once structured around transactions and processes is becoming dynamic, intelligent, and outcome-driven. AI is driving this shift and transforming enterprise applications into systems that anticipate, guide, and adapt to how work actually happens.

But realizing this promise requires more than embedding AI into existing workflows. It demands that leaders rethink how work gets done and design a new human-agent workforce aligned to business outcomes.

In this session, explore how Oracle Fusion Applications enable this transformation. Leave with a clear framework to assess your current processes, build the case for change, and take practical steps to reinvent how work works in your organization.

When NOT to use Logic Extensions

We will dive into Logic Extensions and what our experience with them has taught us. Wanting to learn the product, we looked for opportunities to use it. Starting off, we definitely forced it, today we try to be more cognizant of all the factors. We’re still learning, but we’re getting better.

Hear what last year’s attendees have to say…

Business is continuously changing and often doesn’t line up directly with existing methods. This event allows me to connect with resources and ideas to help expand on standard functionality in ways to meet unique use cases.

– 2025 JD Edwards Forum attendee

The ability to talk to vendors and customers about how they are using different modules is great. It’s also a good place to get more information on modules that haven’t been implemented yet.

– 2025 JD Edwards Forum attendee

I went to get exposure to JDE functionality as well as good use-cases and best practices. It was great to learn and see what users outside of my company were doing and how they had it implemented.
