Scope Management

Put a change review board in place to manage scope creep. This board makes sure all efforts align with the company’s end goal.  They will review the processes and the people affected.

Change Management

Plan for change management to guide employees through the transition. This can include establishing change advocates to help the employee base adopt what you are doing. You want to help staff acclimate to the day-to-day changes that might be   in their jobs.

Communication Management

Communication is essential for all levels of your organization. Including leadership, employees, customers/clients and vendors/suppliers. You can use executive dashboards, eBulletins, social media and any other communication channels. Establish an external communications committee to address possible confusion for customers and suppliers.
