Pella, one of the largest window and door companies in the United States, began the journey to the cloud simply as an alternative to a PeopleSoft upgrade. Before long, the benefits of Oracle HCM became valued as a strategic initiative for the business.

In their recent presentation, they share three takeaways with us around their journey to Oracle HCM Cloud.

  1. Pella’s transition to Oracle HCM Cloud started as an initiative to upgrade technology. As leaders came on board and implementation began, however, the transition to the cloud became a strategic move for Pella. The move made it possible to focus on what it means to recruit and retain the best talent.
