Intermountain Healthcare recently gave a presentation to Quest users about how and why they are utilizing both delivered and custom PeopleSoft Forms. They are currently on PeopleSoft 9.2 with PUM 25 and are using PeopleTools 8.56. Additionally, they are using Classic Forms.
Utilizing these forms has helped them deliver faster turnaround times, standardize their processes and eliminate requests coming through email or SharePoint. Overall, PeopleSoft Forms has made life easier for Intermountain Healthcare.
Utilizing PeopleSoft Forms
They are using PeopleSoft Forms for both new data requests and data change requests. One feature that Intermountain Healthcare especially likes is the fact that old requests are stored in PeopleSoft and can be queried for historical reference and KPIs.
Implementing PSFT Forms has also helped to keep Intermountain Healthcare more organized because all requests are now coming through one place. In the past, users were emailing requests to individual team members, so it was hard to keep track of them all. They tried to create a SharePoint account to compile them but it didn’t work as well as they hoped. Now with PSFT Forms, the process for requests is standardized and getting them reviewed and approved is faster and easier.
