Business Process Automation – a broad program designed to showcase how JD Edwards customers are enabling automated ERP though their use of Orchestrator, UX One, Mobile, Personalization and more.
Upgrading to Release 22 & 23 – Wednesday’s program is designed for customers who have recently upgraded to Release 22 or are making plans for Release 23 — innovations, best practices and lessons learned.
Personalization & Extensibility – Thursday’s program is structured to share how customers are leveraging Citizen Developer Frameworks to create new functionality within existing JDE applications using low-code no-code tools that don’t create barriers for upgrade with heavy customizations.
Continuous Adoption – a broad program designed to cover both maintenance and getting current. Content could address how to manage your JD Edwards lifecycle (the process of applying fixes, features, upgrades, etc) or the more strategic approach to staying current (strategy, resource alignment, feature selection, etc) for both the technical and business audience. This day provides a natural tie-in to JDE on OCI as an accelerator for lifecycle management.

MRO: This process allows users to request and approve new MRO items, then utilize a third party to scrub the data, and accurately categorize prior to load items to JDE.
Purchase Items: Purchased item requests can be manually entered or fed into the request form by our product engineers via our PLM application. Requests are entered, approved, and systematically loaded to JDE.
Finished Goods: New finished goods SKU requests are entered and approved. Then the items, UOM conversions, BOM’s, and routings are loaded to JDE. There are several validations to ensure data accuracy and verify the items are allowed based on our PLM application.
Objectives:
1.Integration: We will show how this platform uses several data integration methods with JDE via direct data access, calling business functions directly, and using Orchestrations to load data.
2.Process Improvement: We will also show how these processes are leading to improved data integrity and user efficiency
3.Agility: Low/No-code platform allows the development team to quickly fulfill business requirements

Modifications to application forms, showing or hiding fields, adding columns to grids, introducing some custom business logic—these are all improvements that keep users efficient and productive and keep the software effective in a changing world.
