There are lot of insights dashboard delivered in HCM and Finance but not much in Campus solutions. At University Pretoria, We created an Admissions mainly to give our users a realtime view of admissions stats, admissions targets vs achieved, Applicant response, registration targets vs achieved and realtime registration monitoring tool. In this session you will learn the following, Functional design of Insights dashboard- journey from user story to dashboard, How we decided on Opensearch Index structure, Challenges faced during Insights visualization build, How I used ChatGPT to learn to build a visualization which helped me to build a visualization in under 30 minutes.
