This session was presented at BLUEPRINT 4D 2026.
Some of you may find this story familiar, as it was previously shared at INFOCUS 2025 last September. At that point, however, the integration test results were still pending, and the full picture had not yet emerged. The story took a dramatic turn during the Go Live. We were faced with an unwelcome surprise: system performance declined drastically. Despite extensive discussions and thorough checks, we reached a difficult crossroads. Ultimately, we resolved not to proceed with the new 64-bit environment and instead opted to remain on the existing 32-bit system. To this day, the root cause of these performance issues remains unidentified. What will happen next? For those eager for answers, all will be revealed at BLUEPRINT 4D.
