Join us as we share HarbisonWalker International’s (HWI) real-world journey moving from Oracle ADF to the Redwood Experience. Our main areas of focus will be Customer Experience (CX) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). We will share what we’ve implemented thus far, our plans for what’s next and how we intend to get there. We’ll highlight helpful tools that we’ve discovered and how to best use them. We’ll also share what has gone smoothly, where we’ve hit challenges, and the lessons that made the biggest impact on our ongoing approach. This session is all about what we learned, what we are doing differently, and how you can apply these to your own journey to Redwood.
