A large organization partnered with Elire to optimize their PeopleSoft FSCM system, aiming to reduce unnecessary customizations and unlock underutilized functionality. Using Elire’s proprietary Customization Identifier and Object Tracker tools, the project team assessed over 650 customizations across key financial modules. The outcome: 34% of customizations removed or replaced, 82 new enhancements identified, and a clear roadmap for future improvements. Technologies like Drop Zones, Event Mapping, and Page & Field Configurator played a central role in modernizing the system while maintaining alignment with delivered functionality.
