Operating across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, our company leverages JD Edwards (JDE) 9.2 to support over 110 global locations and a robust community of 2,900 users. To accommodate our diverse workforce, we deliver JDE in 11 different languages, maintaining the agility required to meet localized business requirements while ensuring strict SOx compliance. As we actively support our company’s aggressive acquisition strategy, we are in a state of continuous deployment, frequently managing multiple JDE 9.2 implementations simultaneously. In tandem with these rollouts, we strictly adhere to Oracle JDE’s release strategy to continuously innovate and modernize our applications. A foundational pillar of our IT strategy is keeping the JDE core standard. When functional gaps arise that do not fit the standard model, we pivot to alternative solutions, such as leveraging low-code platforms, rather than customizing the core.
