P-052698: Global-Mandated eInvoicing: How Alta Genetics Delivered Compliance Across Multiple Countries
This session was presented at INFOCUS 2026.
Abstract: Organizations operating internationally face the challenge of meeting varying country-specific requirements while maintaining a scalable, supportable solution. This session explores Alta Genetics’ global eInvoicing rollout across the URUS Group, highlighting real-world implementation experiences in Poland, Belgium, and Germany. Attendees will learn how Alta Genetics implemented the Steltix eInvoicing solution for JD Edwards together with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Pagero to meet diverse compliance requirements. We’ll discuss the unique challenges encountered in Poland’s KSeF environment, including VAT and non-VAT exception handling, and compare them with Belgium’s more straightforward PEPPOL implementation. The session will also cover technical considerations such as SFTP environment design, folder structures for testing and production, and the importance of using configuration tables instead of hard-coded logic to simplify ongoing maintenance.
This session is eligible for the following CPE certification: NASBA
Speakers: Willem Koopman, URUS Group
Daniel Smith, Steltix
