Order to Cash and Procure to Pay sit at the two ends of the same job. An order is accepted and the work starts. Weeks later the supplier invoices arrive and someone works out what the job really cost. In between, something goes wrong. The people on the floor know about it the same day. Finance usually finds out much later. This session follows one job from end to end. We explain what is needed so that CRM, the ERP, and the systems that run the plant and the warehouse can all be reached through one governed connection. The second half is a live demonstration on a working JD Edwards system. An order is accepted, a machine stops, and the people who know why record it where they work. That explanation reaches the JD Edwards work order and the customer record in the CRM without a single phone call. The supplier invoices are then matched back to the job, so you can see what it actually cost. You will leave with three checks you can run on your own systems. You do not need to buy anything.
