P-053332: Revolutionizing Shutdown Planning and Scheduling with Multi-Task WO’s

This session was presented at INFOCUS 2026.

Shutdowns and Turnarounds are common in industrial maintenance. A typical Shutdown event might span 3-6 weeks and involve 1000s of work orders across internal and contract resources. Proper execution of the Shutdown plan is essential for both cost management of the event and, more importantly, for minimizing the risk of the Shutdown running overdue, which can lead to lost revenue and potential fines from regulators. Multi-Task WO’s are the latest functional enhancement to CAM Performance Plus. Complex Shutdown and other maintenance work can now be planned at the Task level, including Parts, Labor, Contractor resources, Inspections, and Procedures. Most importantly, predecessor and successor scheduling dependencies can be noted between tasks within a single WO or across WO’s. WO Tasks and Task Dependencies can be integrated or exported to external Gantt scheduling utilities such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

This session is eligible for the following CPE certification: NASBA
