We needed to re-implement the interfaces with our imaging system. Our initial approach was to create web services for the vendor to call for most along with a custom app engine for an extract. We were able to leverage Date Export Import Utility and Reporting Web Services to provide the needed information with minimal development.
Objectives:
• Discuss and demonstrate how to use Reporting Web Services to provide data that might a traditional interface might normally be used for.
• Discuss and demonstrate how to use Data Export Import Utility for simple data extracts.
• We will discuss some of the challenges we encountered implementing DEIU and Reporting Web Services.
