SaaS and Cloud ERP solutions offer agility, scalability, and cost-efficiency, making them attractive options for modern enterprises. However, many organizations still rely on significant on-premises infrastructure, creating a hybrid environment that demands thoughtful cloud strategy. This paper explores the challenges and opportunities of managing ERP systems in a hybrid setup, evaluates the strengths of leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and Google Cloud), and provides a framework for selecting the best-fit cloud solution based on business needs, existing architecture, and long-term digital transformation goals.
