A global provider of sustainable energy, housing, transportation and infrastructure solutions in Canada undertakes innovative projects to highlight its commitment to environmental, social and governance goals. Oracle Project Management offers an effective platform to pursue and implement these goals. This session focuses on multiple challenges encountered and solutions adopted while managing large numbers of Project tasks, resources, team members and budgets within Fusion Cloud Projects. On a particularly crucial juncture there were about 35,000 unprocessed project costs to complete and 1600 Task level updates to be performed in a week. We will share few efficiency tools and practices that helped tide through this phase.
