They used this opportunity for digital transformation to move to JDE E1 cloud 9.2 and undergo a true digital transformation by first optimizing their business processes using BPI methodology and CX Journey Mapping, then extended JDE to their customers using Content and Experience Cloud and CPQ. They used Integrated Cloud to develop APIs and JDE adapters with JDE Orchestrator as a solution platform. This resulted in significant cost savings and reduced risk across the entire supply chain.
