105320 The Importance of WO Data Capture by Trades in Support of Reliability and Planning Accuracy

Presented at INFOCUS 19

Timely and accurate capture of maintenance data from the trades-persons and operators performing the work is essential for any maintenance strategy, including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Master Data Management (MDM). Compass Minerals has spent many years implementing training and business processes to improve the entire maintenance and reliability process, which has led to changes in how JD Edwards CAM is utilized to capture WO feedback and other key information in support of these initiatives. This session will focus on those efforts and how a review of the WO and Equipment processes and capabilities have furthered our Reliability initiatives.
