This program is designed to help the Oracle customer community further develop high potential employees for leadership roles of increasing responsibility and impact – leading teams, evolving agile collaboration methods, developing data capabilities as competitive differentiators and leaning into Oracle investments to drive innovation and deliver impactful business outcomes in an era of massive digital transformation.

What you’ll learn

The Quest Emerging Leaders Program gives you powerful skills, strategies, confidence and connections to meet your professional goals and deepen your impact. This intensive yet flexible nine-month program will transform your strategic skills, accelerate your leadership development and fundamentally depend your business impact in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Skills Assessments

Participants complete a self-assessment to share what their goals are for the program, then feedback is gathered from managers and colleagues to identify strengths and development areas. We then create personalized development plans which guide mentoring conversations.

Instructor-Led Learning

Expert-led workshops provide insights into leadership theory and practical application. These sessions focus on enhancing leadership skills aligned with real-world scenarios and challenges.

Asynchronous Learning

Participants engage in virtual discussions, case studies, and group activities at their own pace. These interactions foster collaboration, shared experiences, and learning from diverse perspectives.

Mentoring

Our one-on-one mentoring sessions offer personalized guidance and support throughout the program. Mentors help participants reflect on their leadership journey and navigate challenges in their professional roles.

Connections

Networking opportunities allow participants to build relationships with peers, mentors, and industry leaders. Focused networking engagements and discussions enhance connections that extend beyond the program.

Capstone Projects

Throughout the program, teams of participants collaborate on real-world projects that apply the leadership skills learned. The projects culminate in deliverables that provide meaningful value to the Quest Oracle Community while showcasing participants’ leadership abilities.

* Each program requires commitment from a minimum number of participants.
