The Quest Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a transformative, 9-month leadership development experience designed specifically for rising technology and business leaders . What You’ll Gain

ELP is designed to strengthen the leadership skills most essential for success in modern technology-driven organizations. Through a structured yet flexible experience, you will develop:

  • Strategic Capability & Leadership Confidence
You’ll refine your ability to think strategically, influence effectively, lead high-performing teams, and guide transformational initiatives.
  • Business & Organizational Acumen
Deepen your understanding of how organizations operate – strategy, financial drivers, cross-functional dynamics, and the role technology can play in enabling business outcomes – so you can make smarter, more holistic decisions.
  • Executive Presence & Communication Mastery
Enhance your ability to show up with credibility, clarity and confidence. Learn how to communicate with impact, navigate high-stakes conversations, and inspire trust across all levels of your organization.
  • Practical, Real-World Leadership Skills
We don’t just help you build knowledge, we help you apply that knowledge to build skills. Virtual sessions, interactive sessions, and collaborative exercises give you repeated opportunities to practice leadership behaviors in a safe, supportive environment – and immediately apply what you learn at work.
  • A Stronger Professional Network
From instructors to mentors to peer cohorts to Oracle experts and industry connections (including our growing ELP Alumni network), you’ll build lasting relationships that support your career long after graduation.

Program Components

Skills Assessments

Participants complete a self-assessment to share what their goals are for the program, then feedback is gathered from managers and colleagues to identify strengths and development areas. We then create personalized development plans which guide mentoring conversations.

Instructor-Led Learning

Expert-led workshops provide insights into leadership theory and practical
application. These sessions focus on enhancing leadership skills aligned with real-world scenarios and challenges.

Asynchronous Learning

Participants engage in virtual discussions, case studies, and group activities at their own pace. These interactions foster collaboration, shared experiences, and learning from diverse perspectives.

Mentoring

Our one-on-one mentoring sessions offer personalized guidance and support throughout the program. Mentors help participants reflect on their leadership journey, navigate challenges in their professional roles while planning their continued leadership development.

Connections

Networking opportunities allow participants to build relationships with peers, mentors, and industry leaders. Focused networking engagements and discussions enhance connections that extend beyond the program.

Capstone Projects

Teams of participants collaborate on real-world projects that apply the leadership skills learned. The projects deliver meaningful value to the Quest Community while showcasing participants’ leadership abilities.

* Each program requires commitment from a minimum number of participants.

The experience has been truly invaluable, and I’ve been growing in ways that I honestly didn’t expect.”
