Let’s face it—when standard work breaks down, everything suffers. Financial performance takes a hit, reputations get bruised, and employee morale drops. No one sets out to make mistakes, but without clear, accessible reporting, it’s tough to spot issues before they escalate and disrupt downstream processes.

At MacLean-Fogg, we tackled this head-on by embedding DAS Reports and Mobie Dashboards directly into our JDE pages. By putting real-time reporting where the work happens, we gave our end users the tools to see what’s working—and what’s not—without digging, guessing, or waiting.

The result? Proactive problem-solving, smoother operations, and empowered teams who know exactly where to focus their time and attention.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at how embedded reporting transformed our approach to operational execution—and how you can make it happen in your environment, too.

Session Takeaways:

1. See Issues Before They Snowball
Learn how embedding real-time reports and dashboards into JDE helps frontline users detect and resolve problems early—before they impact operations, finances, or morale.

2. Cut the Clicks, Boost the Confidence
Discover how integrated reporting eliminates guesswork, and empowers users to make faster, smarter decisions directly within their daily workflows.

3. Turn Standard Work Into Smart Work
Walk away with actionable ideas for using DAS and Mobie tools to reinforce standard work, increase accountability, and build a culture of proactive execution.

This presentation highlights the journey from maintaining complex, custom-built programs to adopting Orchestatoror to streamline automation. We will use an example of how we converted one of Allegheny County's custom programs and the benefits of doing so such as improved scalability, simplified maintenance, and empowering faster innovation for current and future uses.

We are still in the process of converting as many of the County's custom programs into Orchestrations as feasibly possible and are excited with the ease and results we are seeing. We also know this will be beneficial for any future enhancements, upgrades, and/or integrations for multiple reasons.

JD Edwards have been delivering local market compliance solutions since the very first international deployments over 40 years ago. However, as a certain Greek philosopher once said, “the only constant in life is change”, the same goes for international business compliance requirements. Whether you are deploying or upgrading JD Edwards in LATAM, EMEA or JAPAC, there is one thing for sure you need to consider localizations in your project. In this session we will explore how Oracle has delivered improvements in localization across the key markets in recent releases as well as looking forward in the roadmap. We will also explore how low code development techniques such as logic extensions could help you to eradicate customizations and third party solutions. Specific focus will be given to the growing requirement to support e-Invoicing and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting.

Since the installation of 9.2 in 2021 we started to use Orchestrator & UDOs for our processes.
Our main purpose is to reduce the standard development in favour of the new tools.
In 2024 we migrated to Oracle's OCI. This Wepa's transition involved several challenges and milestones. We were able to go live despite performance issues, resolved shortly thereafter Go-Live.
In the meantime Wepa implemented various Orchestrator processes to streamline operations, including daily currency exchange, cycle count, sales order confirmations…, as part of its digital transformation efforts.
Because of these digital transformation processes, we are migrating to Release 25. Our current challenge.
