Ryan Companies is a national builder, developer, designer and real estate manager based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ryan Companies had been using Oracle WebCenter in a few departments for many years and decided to move away from scattered file shares and make Oracle WebCenter Content the single repository for all corporate knowledge documentation. Like most construction firms, Ryan has many employees who work in the field and not in an office. For this reason, a great mobile experience was critical to the success of the project. For this reason and others, Ryan implemented Fishbowl Solutions' ControlCenter add-on for Oracle WebCenter Content to provide a rich user experience on both mobile and desktop devices while providing easier control and organization of important documents. The project also included an upgrade to WebCenter Content to 12c.
