Featured Campus Solutions Sessions
Transforming Manual Processes to Automation with GT eForms
Presented by:
Hannah Liu, Concordia University
Abstract:
Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) implemented GT eForms in 2022 and started moving from PDFs and manual processes to traceable, automated processes using GT eForms.
A few examples of what we have built include student request forms, new program/plan creation requests for staff, and test result loading automation.
Gone are the PDFs, lost emails and time wasted tracking down requests. Every new process we move into GT eForms is a new way to look at how workflows can become more efficient and easier to use for the user.
Mastering PeopleSoft Academic Structure: Building the Foundation for Student Success
Presented by:
Gayle King, University of Houston System
Abstract:
The PeopleSoft Academic Structure is the foundation of every student lifecycle process, influencing admissions, enrollment, records, financial aid, reporting, and system integrations. This session provides a practical overview of the key components of Academic Structure, including institutions, academic careers, programs, plans, subplans, terms, and organizations, while demonstrating how they work together to support business processes across the institution. Participants will gain a better understanding of configuration best practices, common design challenges, and the downstream impact of structural decisions. Whether you are new to Campus Solutions or looking to strengthen your technical knowledge, this session will help you build a solid foundation for effective system administration.
Campus Solutions Special Interest Group meetup
Presented by:
Deidre Muir, North Dakota University System
Abstract:
Join us for a meeting of the Campus Solutions Special Interest Group (SIG) — an open forum for higher education institutions using Oracle Campus Solutions to connect, collaborate, and share insights. This session is designed to foster dialogue among both functional and technical users on current challenges, product usage, and future planning.
We’ll discuss recent updates and enhancements to Campus Solutions, explore implementation experiences, and provide an opportunity for attendees to share questions, ideas, and lessons learned. Whether you’re deeply involved in daily operations or planning your next upgrade, this SIG is your chance to engage with peers, learn from others, and influence community-driven discussions.
All are welcome — come with questions, success stories, or simply a desire to listen and learn!
