Be Prepared

Here are three steps to make sure you’re ready before the event starts:

  • Check out the session listing and make sure you’ve added everything you plan on attending to your agenda.
  • Refer to your email for a personalized link that lists all the sessions you have registered for with Zoom
    links (subject line starts with “2024 Quest Experience Week”). With this link, you can also add each session to your calendar!
  • Be sure to add each session to your calendar. Once each session is added to your calendar, you will have all the details to join, including the Zoom link in your calendar invite.

Make Changes & Add Sessions

You can make edits to your registration or add additional sessions to your Quest Experience Week agenda via the My Registration portal.

  • Log in to your Quest account
  • Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of your screen
  • Click on My Registrations in the left-hand menu bar under your name
  • On the 2024 Quest Experience Week row, under “Manage Registration” select “Click Here”
  • Hover over the three dots on the right side under the blue “New Attendee” button
  • Click on “Add Sessions”

View Agenda and Access Zoom Links

  • Log in to your Quest account
  • Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of your screen
  • Click on My Registrations in the left-hand menu bar under your name
  • On the 2024 Quest Experience Week row, under “Event Details” select “Click Here”
  • You will then see your agenda and the Zoom links to join each session.
