Join our product managers and learn about Joint Venture Management’s new features, improvements, and changes introduced between 23C and 24D. Learn how to:
- Easily define the project attributes assigned to financial transactions to be included or excluded from joint venture processing with Joint Venture Project Sets.
- Eliminate manual journal entries for transactions that should be processed by Joint Venture Management by creating joint venture source transactions. These transactions are usually for amounts that cannot be calculated by standard joint venture processes and need to be processed through all joint venture processes.
- Comply with your joint operating agreement’s terms for the calculation and billing of overhead charges to partners with the ability to charge a fixed amount and calculate a credit to overhead when adjustments to previous month’s calculations need to be made.
- Accelerate the management of partner contributions with new features to create invoices for any type of partner contribution; cancel and automatically create a credit memo for unneeded partner contributions; close and automatically refund any remaining amount in a partner contribution; and transfer the balance of a partner contribution to another partner contribution.
