What is your job title and what do you do in your role?

My job title is Enterprise Sofware Manager, and in this role, I oversee or lead all management aspects of our JD Edwards installed footprint, including technical, development, functional, design, project and product roadmapping efforts.

What Oracle product do you use and what do you like most about it?

We use JD Edwards and Oracle Cloud CRM products. I love the integrated nature that JD Edwards provides, as well as the new technologies that are being provided within its toolset.

How long have you been involved with Quest?

I have been involved with Quest for eight years.

How have you benefit from being part of Quest Oracle Community?

With a small internal staff to support JD Edwards, I’ve benefitted greatly from the insight, experiences, and information shared through peer networking and the content available within the Quest Oracle Community. That shared knowledge has allowed myself and Hamilton to better understand and utilize our licensed functionality, as well as planning and adopting business technologies that advance our organization.

What’s one interesting fact about you?

Not much interesting about me…. but I’ve often been told that I look like Woody Harrelson! 🙂

Do you have any children or pets?

I have 3 children (a 20-year-old daughter at the University of Nebraska, an 18-year-old son who is a senior in high school, and a 15-year-old son who is a freshman in high school) and a pet Dorkie (Dachshund/Yorkie mix) named Cassy.
