Learn more about one of our 2020 Distinguished Service Award winners – Darryl Shakespeare! Distinguished Service Awards are given to members of the community who have been recognized as those who embody Quest’s core values.
With the current environment in mind, our community depends on individuals and companies that go above and beyond for others now more than ever. It seems like a fitting time to recognize those that have been distinguished contributors to our community over the past year.

Darryl was awarded the Standing Ovation Award, which goes to members of our community who achieve outstanding presenter scores at COLLABORATE, RECONNECT, and INFOCUS.

Tell us a little about your company.
I work for Oracle – surely you don’t need more info than that 🙂
What is your job title and what do you do in your role?
Senior Director of Development. I concentrate on EnterpriseOne Tools development, primarily in the areas of the HTML Client and Orchestrator.
How long have you been involved with Quest?
Forever!
How have you benefit from being part of Quest Oracle Community?
At Oracle, we love the fact that there is a community that feeds us suggestions for enhancements after being somewhat vetted by “experts” in the community.
What’s one interesting fact about you?
I am a New Zealander living in the USA.
Do you have any children or pets?
I have two Dobermans – a boy who is 10 and a girl who is 4.
