Maryland Family and Medical Leave Delayed Implementation

On February 14, 2025, the Maryland Department of Labor proposed the delayed implementation of the Maryland Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program to start payroll deductions by January 1, 2027.

Delaware Paid Leave – Waiver Employee

PeopleSoft delivered update 37454524 – PROGRAM FUNDING CONFIGURATION: WAIVER OF COVERAGE PROCESSING to help employers classify their Delaware employees as waiver for working less than 25 hours per week and not expected to work 12 months.   Delaware Department of Labor expects quarterly reporting of wages and hours for these Waiver employees.   For more information, review the Delaware Paid Leave Version 2.pdf on My Oracle Support Document 2820620.2.

Quest Oracle Community Special Interest Group (SIG) Meet-Up

Quest Oracle Community has updated the enrollment method for the Oracle PeopleSoft Monthly Special Interest Group (SIG) Meet-Ups. Some have had difficulty signing up for the Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll for North America SIG 2025 monthly meet-up, and we have also missed those who haven’t been able to attend.

Follow the following steps:

  1. Sign up for the Quest Oracle Community User Group.  https://questoraclecommunity.org/user-groups#
  2. In the user group, navigate to the “UPCOMING EVENTS” tab and register.
  3. After registering, Quest will send an email for each monthly SIG meet-up from the email user Plutus <no-reply@zoom.us>.
  4. Add each monthly invite to your calendar.

Besides the Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll for North America Monthly SIG Meet-Up, other groups meet monthly, too. Feel free to sign up for those monthly meet-ups, if they fall in your interest or send them to your other colleagues.
