(U.S.) 35047905 – ESS ACCESSIBLE FORM W-2 PDF OVERFLOW was posted on March 10, 2023, to My Oracle Support for Release 9.2. The update will also be included in HCM 9.2 Image 46. The enhancement added the functionality to support accessible W-2 PDF year-end forms starting with tax year 2022 for single page W-2 PDF forms as well as W-2 PDF forms with an overflow.

Texas Quarterly UI Wage File Format Update
Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) has paused the Unemployment Insurance System Replacement project. The existing Texas Quarterly UI Wage file format will continue to be accepted. We will continue to monitor for future updates.
Washington Cares Fund (Washington Long-Term Care Insurance Program)
Washington Cares Fund payroll deductions begin July 1, 2023. The functionality was delivered in Tax Update 21-E. Remember to update the employee state tax data by inserting a new row effective July 1, 2023, and setting the Washington LTC Status to Subject for deductions to process.

PeopleSoft RECONNECT Live! at BLUEPRINT4D Conference – Dallas, TX – May 8 to 11, 2023
I look forward to being at PeopleSoft Reconnect Live! in Dallas in May.
I am excited to be able to discuss with you in person the new PeopleSoft features we have delivered, along with what will be coming in Payroll for North America. One new feature I will share with everyone will be HCM Component Lockdown. We have gathered requirements that everyone put on the idea space to create this new feature.
Join us to learn more about PeopleSoft roadmaps and updates for PeopleTools, HCM, ERP, and Student Cloud. Paco Aubrejuan, SVP for PeopleSoft, will be providing a keynote address. In addition, the PeopleSoft HCM Strategy team Robbin Velayedam, Jeremey Pelly, Julie Alonso, Lisa Chow, Tammy Boyles, and I, will share our roadmap and updates.
Blueprint 4D is a unique conference. For those with other Oracle products like Oracle Cloud and JD Edwards, Oracle Databases, you can learn all about those products too.
