This session was presented at BLUEPRINT 4D 2026.
MacLean-Fogg successfully implemented a seamless integration between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) and a cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) using Magic xpi Integration Platform. This integration enables real-time synchronization of production and scheduling data without manual intervention. Through the use of JDE custom tables, work orders, production schedules, and master item data are automatically uploaded to the MES environment, ensuring accurate and up-to-date manufacturing information across systems. In addition, the integration continuously monitors completed work orders in JD Edwards, triggering automatic removal of corresponding records from the MES. This closed-loop communication architecture minimizes human error, enhances data accuracy, and streamlines shop floor operations, resulting in improved production visibility and operational efficiency across MacLean-Fogg’s manufacturing network.
This session is eligible for the following CPE Credit: NASBA, IIBA
