This is a Business look at practical applications of Machine Learning & AI. Using Oracle Machine Learning algorithms, I’ll show how to produce results quickly for a business. Training a model with either data that you have or data via Big Data opportunities will be key to teach a model. After you have the correct algorithm, testing the model on new data that starts to prescribe what to do in the future on things like Big Data or other data in other places. Understanding which customers or potential customers are likely to buy is another place to leverage AI. Finding anomalies quicker to address as needed (potentially with an Agent). Finding the product that is the next product a customer will buy is helpful to increase revenue. Finding attributes of great customers create opportunities & you’ll learn what they want to buy first or second. Add a chatbot to ask the customer or help the customer or employee find something in a document.
