In PeopleSoft “art of the possible” presentations with the HR team, it was quickly identified that the deployment of the Kibana analytics would allow Hays Recruitment Specialists to understand the real reasons for absences of employees and provide greater visibility for line managers to be able to see, on demand, current holiday entitlement versus holiday booked/approved.
