Hear how the City of Seattle transformed our training approach by migrating from UPK to Oracle Guided Learning (OGL). OGL is an in-application, guided learning and processing tool that walks users through processes in PeopleSoft. This session will provide an overview of the OGL tool, how it is used in PeopleSoft and how the City of Seattle implemented it in order to facilitate more efficient learning of the system. We will also discuss lessons learned from the initial implementation and plans to use it to support the adoption of fluid.
