P-052759: Automating Employee Lifecycle Management in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

Managing user identities across the employee and contractor lifecycle is a critical yet often labor-intensive process. This session showcases a fully automated User Access Management (UAM) solution that integrates UKG Pro, QSoft, Automate Scheduler, and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to deliver real-time, audit-ready identity governance. Built using native JD Edwards technologies, including EnterpriseOne Subsystems and Orchestrator, the solution automates onboarding, Address Book and User Profile creation, role assignment, Segregation of Duties (SoD) validation, employee transfers, promotions, cost center changes, legal name changes, rehires, and immediate offboarding. Workforce events initiated in UKG Pro automatically provision, modify, or revoke JD Edwards access without manual intervention. The framework includes robust exception management that detects processing anomalies, identifies root causes, and automatically notifies process owners with corrective actions. Comprehensive onboarding, offboarding, role-assignment, and access-change reporting provides full visibility for compliance and audit requirements.
