P-052971: CAM/EAM Roundtable for INFOCUS 2026
This session was presented at INFOCUS 2026.
Many enterprise applications continue to exchange business data using XML, yet most JD Edwards integrations rely primarily on JSON or external middleware for XML transformation. This presentation will demonstrate a production-proven approach for enabling native XML interoperability within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne using Orchestrator and Groovy scripting, eliminating the need for an additional integration platform in many scenarios. Attendees will learn how to generate XML requests, consume inbound XML messages, transform payloads, and integrate seamlessly with external ERP and third-party applications while leveraging standard JD Edwards Orchestrator capabilities. The session includes real-world implementation examples, reusable Groovy techniques, best practices, common pitfalls, and performance considerations that can help JDE developers, architects, and integration specialists simplify XML-based integrations and reduce overall solution complexity.
This session is eligible for the following CPE certification: NASBA
Speaker: Mohammad Shujaat, ERP Suites
