Weaver Leather (Weaver) is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high quality leather products. With the increasing importance of connecting with customers online, Weaver has invested in its online ecommerce platform over the past few years, and now manages a half dozen sites for both B2B and B2C customers. Their sites are continually improving, and feature optimized UI, mobile responsiveness, robust predictive search and real-time JD Edwards integration. The state of the art design and functionality empowers B2B and B2C customers for frictionless shopping. The results have been positive, with sales increasing quarter after quarter. This presentation focuses on five (5) specific lessons that Weaver has realized through this process of optimizing their online presence into an Amazon-like experience.
