Abstract Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is evolving beyond transactional systems into intelligent, adaptive platforms powered by Generative AI. This session explores the paradigm shift toward Generative ERP, where AI, machine learning, and automation converge to help organizations make smarter decisions, enhance productivity, and navigate disruption with agility. We will demystify the building blocks of Generative AI and show how these capabilities unlock new opportunities in finance, supply chain, customer experience, and procurement. Real-world examples and practical strategies will highlight how Generative AI transforms ERP implementations, data migration, and day-to-day operations. In addition, we will showcase how Oracle Generative AI and the Oracle AI Agent Studio extend ERP capabilities by embedding AI-driven agents directly into business processes—empowering enterprises to move from automation to adaptive intelligence.
