Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), a real time learning and guided processing tool from Oracle, is now available for PeopleSoft. OGL, which will replace UPK, provides users with role-based contextual guidance and converged learning directly into the flow of their work, helping them to understand PeopleSoft processes from day 1. Embedded Analytics allow for real time feedback to Training Organizers on effectiveness of training scripts as well as opportunities for additional targeted guides.
This presentation will demonstrate how this tool will save your Users time and be a more effective tool in learning the application as well as empowering your Training Organizers and Support Analysts to more effectively build and managed targeted training and support guides. We will also discuss licensing, implementations and ongoing support models.
