The phrase “Continuous Adoption” with your JDE software for some seems daunting because it sounds to most people as “Upgrading”. This strikes many with apprehension and concern rather than excitement to be on the latest/greatest Oracle has to offer in JD Edwards. Norman’s Nursery will share with you firsthand how this doesn’t have to be thought of as “upgrading” but as “staying current” on JD Edwards. Norman’s Nursery will also discuss the concerns most companies have related custom objects and the project ‘cycle’ itself for these Code Current / Tools Updates versus the traditional "Upgrades”. Besides hearing from Norman’s Nursery about why they stay current, get a year-by-year synopsis of EnterpriseOne 9.2 since 2015.

There are many companies who upgraded and had plans to begin folding in UDO’s into their business as they found opportunities but just haven’t gotten a chance to do so. This was the case for Denver Water. They originally upgraded to EnterpriseOne 9.2 in 2020. Since then they only took advantage of Composed Pages. Last year they began taking concerted efforts to use Cafe1, Personalizations, and Form Extensions to an amazing effect. In this session, you’ll see how Denver Water has removed the need for some custom reports and improved end user experience by creating these impactful UDO’s.

Organizations face a lot of different issues today. Sometimes, however, issues can hide in plain sight and look like something completely different. In this session, we are going to focus on identifying the symptoms of an INVENTORY MANAGEMENT problem that could be hiding as a procurement issue, an equipment issue, or a process issue. We will dive into root causes of inventory management problems both from inside and outside the four walls.

UX One Pages and UX One Object Cross References can be thought of as pre-built UDO bundled gifts from Oracle. These are free for JDE customers to download and use, but many customers haven’t yet taken advantage of these whether in whole pages or in parts (single objects on your own composed pages). Come to this session to see how to review the objects that are available, how to modify them to fit your data, how to manage them in the UDO Workbench, and finally how to use them on your own Composed Pages.

Manual production reporting and outdated methods of weighing parts in JDE led to inconsistencies, inaccurate data, and system-wide disruptions. The reliance on additional hardware, servers, and a fragile reporting chain caused costly delays whenever issues arose.

Discover how MacLean-Fogg leveraged orchestrations and a custom application to revolutionize production reporting. This innovative solution eliminated inaccuracies, enabled location autonomy, and reduced reliance on costly equipment and redundant software, saving thousands while delivering faster, more accurate reporting across the corporation.
