As I look back on this past year with Quest, I’m reminded of what a true privilege it is to serve such a passionate and engaged community. From my early involvement to now serving as Board Chair, I’ve had the honor of witnessing the heart of this organization—our members. Their dedication, collaboration, and generosity continue to inspire me every day.

2025 has been a year of meaningful progress, driven not just by programs and platforms, but by people who genuinely care about helping each other succeed. In the face of rapid change—from evolving technologies and workforce shifts to the rise of AI and automation—Quest remains a steady partner. This year, we focused on delivering timely education, fostering peer connections, and providing practical resources to help turn disruption into opportunity.

What stood out most this year was how our community leaned on one another more than ever—sharing lessons learned, offering real-world strategies, and helping each other navigate the learning curve. This spirit of collaboration is exactly why Quest exists: to equip the Oracle community to solve business challenges, innovate with purpose and accelerate results through shared knowledge, strategic connections, and continuous learning.

A major highlight of the year was our BLUEPRINT 4D conference with a return to fabulous Las Vegas! Our signature event brought together more than 1,400 Oracle customers, product experts, and partners for five impactful days focused on solving real-world business challenges.  BLUEPRINT 4D 2025 helped Oracle customers confront complexity with clarity—aligning technology investments with business strategy, preparing their people for change, and leveraging community connections to accelerate transformation with confidence.  The BLUEPRINT 4D conference also included the inaugural Oracle Cloud Symposium Day— a focused experience for Fusion Cloud users to dive deep into AI adoption strategies, user experience innovations, and the future of Oracle Cloud applications. Our commitment to giving back remained strong. While at BLUEPRINT 4D, conference attendees assembled 1,000 STEM kits for the Clark County School District in Las Vegas—an initiative made possible through generous vendor support. What a powerful reminder of the impact we can make when we come together.

We also celebrated a very successful INFOCUS event for our JD Edwards customers, further demonstrating the adaptability and enthusiasm of our members who continue to engage in remarkable ways.  INFOCUS 2025 gave JD Edwards customers the clarity, confidence, and community they need to modernize strategically—automating business processes, upgrading with purpose, personalizing with control, and preparing for the AI-driven future of ERP.

Year to date, we have welcomed 83 new companies and over 1,100 individuals to Quest’s membership.  We also welcomed 25 new vendor members. Our Cloud community saw significant expansion, thanks in large part to the strategic guidance of our Cloud, JD Edwards, and PeopleSoft advisory boards.

And perhaps most notably, 2025 marked a major milestone: 30 years of Quest’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and community. We’re proud of the journey we’ve taken together and deeply grateful to every member, partner, and supporter who has helped shape our legacy. Here’s to three decades of impact and to the exciting future ahead!

This year we introduced new member benefits designed to meet evolving needs:

  • Career Center: A new resource for corporate members to post open positions and recruitment tools, directly addressing talent acquisition needs.
  • Member Directory: A searchable platform to help members connect and collaborate year-round.

We also expanded our virtual event offerings with:

Quest has also completed the election cycle for the Quest Board of Directors, bringing a dynamic group of leaders who will begin their term in January 2026. We’re excited to welcome:

  • Corey Quirk, North Dakota University System
  • Mohammed Shareef, U.S. Silica
  • Bob Sudo, University of Colorado

Stepping into the role of Board Chair is Josh Stauffer (HarbisonWalker International) joined by Ken Piddington (Reladyne) as Vice Chair. Supporting them as Officers At Large are Emily Crow (Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma), Rod McDonald (Cantex, Inc.), and Liz Smith (J. Paul Getty Trust).

We’re also fortunate to have our current board members continuing their service into 2026: Andrew Esserman (San Diego Office of Education), Venkat Maganti (MDC Holdings, Inc.), Gaylene McCluskey (Providence) and Chandra Wobschall (Colas IS Support). Their ongoing leadership and dedication are invaluable to the strength and direction of our community. These individuals are more than just board members. They are Quest customers who volunteer their time to being the strategic stewards of Quest’s future and your strongest advocates within the community.

It’s always a privilege to recognize the outstanding contributions of individuals across our community. We’re especially thankful to honor those who were named as 2025 Distinguished Service Award recipients, each one a shining example of the dedication and spirit that makes Quest so special.

  • Customer Members of the Year: Cardinal Glass Industries (JD Edwards), North Dakota University System (PeopleSoft)
  • Vendor Member of the Year: DeNovo
  • Volunteers of the Year: Tabitha Robinson (Cloud), Shannon Allred (JD Edwards), Rahul Nori (PeopleSoft)
  • Spirit Award: Elizabeth Schrieffer, iLearn ERP

In addition, 600 speakers and event volunteers, 105 group leaders, 42 knowledge committee members, and 59 advisory board members contributed to our mission this year along with welcomed support from 120 vendor companies, with our partner community playing a vital role in connecting and educating Oracle users.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the dedicated Quest staff. Your dedication and commitment continue to shape the future of our community.

Here’s to continued growth, connections, and innovation in 2026!
