We are in the month of July and halfway through with 2022… We had an amazing month for customer go-lives and deploying new features, very impressive!

RV’s Strategy Spotlight
If you missed the PeopleSoft Blueprint 4D user conference last month, don’t worry because you will have another opportunity to engage with us, your industry peers, subject matter experts, and other PeopleSoft customers at PeopleSoft RECONNECT 2022 – October 10th to 13th. Reconnect will be a 100% virtual conference with plenty of high-value attendance options and deep-dive content that will teach you how to best use the latest PeopleSoft features and technologies. We would love to hear from you about what sorts of topics we should consider presenting at Reconnect. Please forward to Julie Alonso any and all ideas you and your team have regarding session requests for Reconnect by Friday, July 15th.
Customer Corner – Highlights customers who have implemented, upgraded or deployed new HCM Features
Focus Group Updates: Click on the link to find a focus group to join
- Job Data Working Group – The group met and the development team answered customers’ questions regarding Fluid Job Data.
- Absence Management – The focus group did not meet this month but will be meeting soon to review the proposed Processed Absences analytics and the new Absence Self-Service pages.
- Time and Labor – The focus group did not meet this month but will be meeting soon to review the enhancements to the Fluid Timesheet, including a Bi-weekly period view.
- Benefits– The Focus group will be meeting July 13th to review Image 43 features and discuss two roadmap items – Benefits Enrollment Visualization for Fluid Life Events and Open Enrollment and additional bells and whistles for Benefit Plan Comparison.
- Accessibility – The group met to review accessibility questions that members have. We reviewed suggestions on how developers can address accessibility throughout the development process, a review of the purpose of Oracle’s VPAT, expected date formats in the application, and suggestions on how to make it easier to escalate reported service requests through the use of video. The next focus group meeting is scheduled for Aug 16th.
- Performance Management – Development has been working on new performance management enhancements. We will review these enhancements in our next focus group meeting scheduled for August 4th and will also discuss our next enhancements for performance management.
- Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) – The team has been busy developing the ELM fluid manager self-service pages. We will have our next meeting on July 14th followed by August 11th. In the August meeting we will be talking about future enhancements that we will be looking at after we finish the fluidization of MSS.
- HR Help Desk – The next focus group call is on July 21st, we plan to show a demo of the Approvals for Solution Management enhancement and discuss designs for the Solution Effectiveness Analytics enhancement.
***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers, calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed. Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.

- United States – Form I-9 is expiring this October. Dept of Homeland Security has announced significant changes to the form, but has yet to release a finalized new form (TBD).
- Brazil – According to the eSocial Guidelines Manual, information related to Training, Capacity Building, Simulated Exercises and Other Notes must be provided by filling in the {treiCap} field of the events S-2200 and S-2206 with one of the codes available in “Table 28 – Training, Capacity Building, Simulated Exercises and Other Notes”.
- Australia – Australian Government has announced changes to key superannuation rates and thresholds for the financial year 2022-23.
- Australia – Australian Government announced changes to the Study and Training Support Loan (STSL) rates for tax-free threshold claimed & tax-free threshold not claimed, which is effective, 1st July 2022.

- The Team Calendar shows employee events in a calendar format that enables employees to see events related to them and their co-workers. Managers can track their employees and take action from the calendar – Video
- The Payable Time Dashboards – The Payable Time Insight dashboard contains visualizations intended for timekeepers and administrators. The Payable Time Trend dashboard is intended for management to see if there are trends that may be of concern – Video
