Focus Group Updates:   Click on the link to find a focus group to join

  • Human Resources – Focus Group met to review requirements and mockups for the new Job Data Insights
  • Remote Worker – Focus Group met in May to discuss the next roadmap items which included a more granular breakdown of remote working eligibility on Job Code and Position Data and additional configuration to restrict retroactive start dates.
  • Onboarding – The Recruiting and PreBoarding focus groups had a joint meeting to discuss the new preboarding functionality.  We have “finalized” design and development has starting working on the new Preboarding feature. Our next focus group will be the July 10th.

 ***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers, calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed.  Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.

  •  Mexico- Employment Subsidy is a Fiscal benefit designed to support employees with low incomes. The subsidy is credited for the Income Tax to mitigate the impact on their economies.
  • India – Consequent to the changes effected in the Budget 2023 certain disclosures based on the choice opted were required to be complied with. In the Form 24Q returns for the Financial Year 2023-24 (Assessment Year 2024-25), these disclosures required some validations in the Form 24Q.
  • Australia – The Treasurer handed down the 2024-25 Federal Budget on Tuesday. For example,  May 14, 2024 Amendments to the stage 3 tax cuts that were made by the Treasury Laws Amendment (Cost of Living Tax Cuts) Act 2024, will apply to the 2024-25 income year resulting in updates to tax tables and withholding schedules. Also Amendments to study and training support loans schedule due to the annual indexing of the repayment income thresholds will apply beginning July 1, 2024.
  • Brazil – Updates for PeopleSoft HCM regarding Technical Note No. 03/2024 of Simplified eSocial have been made available. The layout was published on April 30, 2024, specifically adjusting the requirements of event S-2221 – Toxicological Examination of Professional Employee Drivers
