PRP 38815694 was posted to My Oracle Support on January 15, 2026. The patchset contains the following patches, which will also be included in HCM 9.2 Image 55. The IRS increased the Step 3 (a) multiplier amount for the qualifying children under age 17 from $2,000 to $2,200 for the 2026 Form W-4.

Michigan rescheduled the MiUI Tax go live for early 2026. As a result, Michigan employers should use the MiWAM (Michigan Web Account Manager) format for submitting their 2025 Quarter 4 reporting due January 26, 2026. PeopleSoft delivered (U.S.) 38820230 – REDELIVER MICHIGAN UNEMPLOYMENT REPORT TO SUPPORT MIWAM REPORTING Q4 2025 to reenable MiWAM file format and hide the updates delivered for MiUI in early December 2025.
One Big Beautiful Bill Act
The PeopleSoft Payroll for North America team has delivered functionality to support reporting “No Tax on Tips” and “No Tax on Overtime” on Form W-2 to support One Big Beautiful Bill Act for Tax Year 2025 in Tax Update 25-D.
