(U.S.) Patch 32934542 was posted (for Release 9.2 only) to My Oracle Support on September 8.  Patch 32934542 modified PeopleCode to successfully update an employee’s Tax Data record in the following scenarios when the Automatic Employee Tax Data is selected on the Installation table:

The employee has a single job and is assigned to Tax Location ABC; or
The employee has two jobs and both Empl Records are assigned to the same Tax Location ABC; and

• The employee (in a single job or one Empl Record for multiple jobs) is transferred from Tax Location Code ABC to Tax Location Code DEF, which is in another state.
• The user exits the Job component, navigates back to the menu and then back to Job data.
• In update/display mode, the employee is transferred from Tax Location Code DEF to Tax Location Code XYZ, which is in another state.

Prior to the modification, the following PeopleCode message was issued on the save:

This product modification will be included in Tax Update 21-D for all releases.

(U.S.) Patch 33374356 – USF: CREATE RETROACTIVE TRIGGERS FOR OTHER PAY INFORMATION CHANGES has been posted to My Oracle Support on October 6 for Release 9.2 only.  Patch 33374356 modifies PeopleCode to trigger a retroactive pay request when earnings on the Other Pay Information page is updated.  Prior to the changes, a retroactive pay request was not triggered when
earnings on the Other Pay Information page was updated via HR Processing USF page for a U.S. Federal employee.

This Release 9.2 product modification will also be included in Tax Update 21-E and HCM 9.2 Image 41.

(U.S.) Patch 32103950 – MODIFY OHIO QUARTERLY REPORT FOR UPDATED REQUIREMENTS has been re-scheduled for delivery in Tax Update 21-E.  Anticipated changes to program TAX810OH.SQR, which reports quarterly wage and tax data to Ohio, will not be delivered in Tax Update 21-D, because Ohio continues to delay the implementation of their new reporting system.  We will stay in touch with the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services, and be prepared to deliver any product modifications that may be required once the implementation date of Ohio’s new reporting system has been finalized.
