In this month’s Volunteer Spotlight, we’re excited to introduce one of the leaders helping shape meaningful conversations across the Quest community, Jeff So, who has stepped into the role of Community SIG group leader for the Quest EPM Community!

Hi, I’m Jeff So, CPA, Director, Finance Technology Strategy at Voya Financial. With 28 years of experience across accounting, financial reporting, and now financial systems, I’ve had the privilege of seeing EPM challenges from both the business and technology sides. That blend of perspectives is what drew me to SIG leadership, and I’m excited to support a community built on collaboration and shared insights. Stepping into the SIG Leader role for the Quest EPM community felt like a meaningful opportunity to give back and help strengthen a network that has already supported me in many ways. Being part of the Quest community has shown me how powerful it is when professionals come together to share real experiences, solve challenges, and uplift one another. I’m excited to help create more spaces for connection, learning, and practical knowledge‑sharing as our group continues to grow. For anyone considering getting involved, I’d encourage you to jump in—your perspective can make a real impact, and you’ll gain far more from the community than you expect.
