Hello PeopleSoft Community,
In this episode, we had the opportunity to sit down with Laura Papero, Vice President of Programming & Strategy at Quest Oracle Community, to discuss Quest’s PeopleSoft Community Survey, why it matters, when it’s released each year, and how the results directly influence the PeopleSoft community.
Laura shared how Quest uses customer feedback to shape conferences, webinars, and educational programming for PeopleSoft users around the world. As a customer-led organization and the leading PeopleSoft user group, Quest places tremendous value on community input. In fact, the monthly PeopleSoft webinars featuring Oracle’s product strategy team were created directly from feedback provided through the survey.
One of the most exciting takeaways from the 2025 survey results is that organizations continue to invest heavily in PeopleSoft — but with a strong focus on modernization. More than 40% of respondents said their long-term strategy is to invest in, modernize, and extend their existing PeopleSoft environments rather than simply maintain them until replacement.
We also learned that many Quest resources are available with a free Quest account, including webinars, special interest groups, and educational content. While Quest membership provides even more networking and learning opportunities, anyone in the PeopleSoft community can get involved and benefit.
We encourage everyone to watch for the 2026 PeopleSoft Community Survey coming this fall. Your feedback truly shapes the future of the PeopleSoft community. Let’s continue building this community together!
