By automating key operations—from in-flight meal management and maintenance requests to HR leave approvals—EKFC achieved faster communication, real-time visibility, and improved resource utilization. This session highlights how EKFC used JD Edwards’ native automation and mobile capabilities to transform complex workflows into connected, data-driven processes.
