Comoto is America’s largest powersports aftermarket retailer with 150 stores nationwide and over 90 years of combined experience serving motorcycle enthusiasts everywhere. Comoto has implemented a comprehensive Vendor Self-Service (VSS) solution designed to modernize and streamline vendor interactions throughout the purchasing lifecycle. The no-code/low-code based platform empowers vendors to independently review, acknowledge, and modify purchase orders (POs) within a unified, user-friendly portal. By reducing manual intervention and email-based coordination, the VSS solution enhances transparency, accuracy, and responsiveness between Comoto’s procurement teams and their vendor network. The result is a more agile supply chain process that improves data integrity and minimizes administrative overhead. Fully integrated with JD Edwards (JDE), the solution provides end-to-end automation from PO creation through voucher entry, ensuring real-time synchronization and seamless transactional flow. Vendors gain immediate visibility into PO status, shipment details, and payment updates, while Comoto gains greater control and auditability over procurement activities. This presentation will demonstrate how the VSS platform not only simplifies vendor engagement but also delivers measurable efficiency gains and improved collaboration across the organization’s sourcing ecosystem.
