Managing projects end to end requires real-time visibility, intelligent automation, and tight financial control. In this session, we’ll walk through the complete project lifecycle in Oracle Fusion ERP, from initial project and contract creation through execution, billing, and revenue recognition. Attendees will see how organizations can analyze ongoing projects with insight into project structures, costs, accounting, change management, and issue resolution, including the use of AI-driven capabilities to support change order management and Project Proposals. The session will also demonstrate streamlined project setup and contract setup using templates. The session concludes with the review of project billing covering different scenarios for Time & Material, Fixed Price with milestones, cost plus, automated credit notes and such. The presentation is planned to be interactive allowing to audience to ask questions.
