Many organizations running JD Edwards EnterpriseOne are looking for ways to give their customers or tenants direct, self-service access to the information held in JDE — without relying on costly third-party portal Presentation is oriented to IT departments that manage a complex JDE environment. JDE administrators, CNC specialists, JDE developers, and business analysts will learn how to bring modern analytics and AI into their EnterpriseOne environment This session shares a real-world case study from Lucart Group showing how JD Edwards can power a modern, interactive analytics dashboard using only tools already included in the platform — no new licences, servers, or external systems. We’ll walk through how a simple batch-monitoring screen was transformed into a visual dashboard with charts, heatmaps, and automatic insights, all running securely inside JDE using the user’s existing login. We’ll also look at how this same approach naturally opens the door to AI: the clean, structured data it produces is ready to feed AI tools for spotting anomalies, predicting issues, and generating plain-language summaries. The dashboard code itself was built with AI , using Claude. This approach can be reused across other JDE areas like procurement, inventory, or finance; and offers a simple, low-risk first step toward AI — built entirely on capabilities organizations already have.
